A gripping twist on a classic cat-and-mouse story, Eve Myles, Babou Ceesay, Hermione Corfield and Dipo Ola star in our brand new psychological thriller. We Hunt Together explores the intoxication of sexual attraction, the dangerous power of emotional manipulation, and how finding a volatile form of solace in another can have dire consequences as two conflicted coppers track down a pair of deadly killers.
The creative was built around the concept of ‘Two Deadly Duos’. The creative idea of ‘duality’ reflects a unique feature of the show: the two distinct partnerships, two killers, two detectives, who are brought together, but pitted against each other in a deadly cat and mouse chase. Each duo was defined by the distinct colours of red and blue, but the two duos were also united: the similarities in what it takes to become a killer, and to catch one, are uncannily similar.
Teaser - Behind the scenes
We created a series of themed on-air material from channel stings and bumpers to a bespoke We Hunt Together channel ident. These were used across the ad breaks in the run up to launch.
A series of animated Zoom backgrounds were also created using the scenery from the shows title sequence, to encourage viewers to use branded backgrounds for their Zoom meetings and video calls.
For print, UI and off air elements, the execution of the duality concept was a mirror-image design. With a nod to the psychological Rorschach test ink blot image, the two duos are distinct, by use of the strong red and blue tones that define each pair, yet they are also practically mirror images of each other.
